TWO CONVICTED murderers in Australia have appealed their against rulings because a staple was missing from a court document.
Found guilty of one of the most brutal killings in Australian history, they used a technical loophole to attempt to escape their prison sentences. The indictment paperwork was never fixed to the court file as required by law and the appeal decision is still pending.
