Lisbon Design Week showcases best in Portuguese design and contemporary craftsmanship

The event’s second edition is on until tomorrow, Sunday, May 26, with 80 participating venues spread across the capital.

With just two days left of Lisbon Design Week, there is still plenty of time to enjoy some of the 80 venues taking part in this edition: a selection of ateliers, creative studios, shops, galleries, architecture and interior design studios, schools, private spaces, hotels, restaurants, the design fair, and more across Lisbon.

Lisbon is buzzing with exhibitions, talks, and launches of new pieces and products, among other events. Until tomorrow, Sunday, May 26, the capital’s residents and visitors have a unique opportunity to see the talent and creativity of the local community in the flesh as part of a week-long event putting Lisbon on the international design map.

“In this second edition of the event, every participant was challenged to highlight Portuguese design pieces and materials of Portuguese origin and establish unique collaborations involving artists, designers, craftspeople, architects and brands”, explains the organisation.
