LAUNCHED IN June of this year, Casa365 is a property management and rental company covering all areas from Lagos to Lagoa.
Well situated in Má Partilha, Alvor, the company is run by Drew Paterson and Anne McLaren with their Portuguese partner Sandra Santos, with whom they had struck up a firm friendship with after meeting her just a few years ago.
Casa365 deals with all kinds of properties, from studio apartments to luxury villas and organises everything from holiday rentals, short term and long term rentals to property management.
The business partners plan to continue to expand the business which is already proving to be a success.
“It’s very challenging,” says Drew, “but when you put your heart and soul into a business, it works!”
Success story
The partners continue to come up with lots of ideas for the future of the business and hope it will evolve into one of the Algarve’s great success stories.
“We will never compromise on quality of service and trust, which is one of the reasons why we have so many new clients on the strength of word of mouth only,” says Drew.
The trio are currently looking into attracting different markets, golfers and scuba divers for example, by working with local businesses to offer some exciting packages.
“We are very enthusiastic about the future”, says Sandra.
