A 68-year-old man is in police custody after shooting his ex-wife three times in Portimão.
According to PJ police, the shooting happened at around 8pm on a local street. Three shots were fired and aimed at the woman’s head. The 41-year-old victim is being treated in hospital, but further details are unknown.
The man fled the scene but was arrested hours later by police and will await trial in jail.
