Man dies following shooting in Amadora

A 40-year-old man has died this morning following a shooting in broad daylight in Reboleira, Amadora (Greater Lisbon). In the second shooting in the municipality in as many days, the man was shot four times at the door of the “Academia Fitness” in Avenida 11 de Setembro de 1979. According to a police source, one of the shots hit the victim in the head. The suspect is described as having made off on a motorcycle. On Sunday, a man was shot in the foot, close to Amadora’s military academy. That incident involved three suspects.
