Mario Draghi to take part in Council of State

Former president of the European Central Bank, and more recently, former prime minister of Italy, Mário Draghi, has been invited for a second time to a ‘Council of State’ convened by president Marcelo for next week (January 29) to talk about his vision of Europe and the world. The Council of State has been called generally to “address the prospects and challenges for the future of the European Union” at a time when winds of enormous change are blowing over the Atlantic from America.
