A 76-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer’s disease was found by GNR police on Sunday (January 30), a day after he was reported missing in Carvoeiro, Lagoa.
The pensioner was found in an uninhabited house and was described as “disoriented” but well, having not required medical assistance, said GNR police.
The man was left in the care of his family, the police force added.
