“Art Lovers Algarve” members currently showing their artwork at Museu do Traje Art Gallery in São Bras de Alportel
A group of artists in the Algarve have created a new collective called “Art Lovers Algarve“. Six members from the group are currently showing their artwork at the Museu do Traje Art Gallery in São Bras de Alportel.
There is a selection of art for sale for all tastes and budgets, including the “wonderfully painted oils of Tanya Shark, the detailed thought-provoking steampunk art of Mickey Craig, and the vibrant encaustics and resin art by Jean Davis,” the collective says.

“We have whimsical and wonderful cat paintings by Rowan Marques, thoughtful and poignant photography of Eric Roth and the eclectic and energetic acrylics of Shelley Foley,” it adds.
The exhibition includes artworks to suit any decor in a range of prices to suit any budget.
“Please experience the beautiful museum and visit their famous costume museum, then enjoy a beer in the garden after perusing the art gallery where you can enjoy the work of these six diverse artists. If you find a work of art to your liking, just pop into the office next to the cafe and the delightful Mirielle will be happy to help you,” the new collective says.
The exhibition runs until December 16, 2024. The museum is open daily from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm except on Sunday, when it is only open in the afternoon (2pm to 5pm).
