New York based chef Fredrik Berselius joins Hans Neuner at Ocean

The renowned Swedish chef of Aska** in Brooklyn will join forces with the Vila Vita Parc chef on May 18 for a unique culinary event.

On May 18, Chef Hans Neuner will host Fredrik Berselius for a unique culinary event. The highly anticipated evening at Ocean featuring the Swedish chef of the reputed Aska** restaurant in New York will feature a special menu prepared by the two globally recognized chefs.

Hans Neuner (who has led Vila Vita Parc’s 2 ** Michelin restaurant since 2007) and his team will share Ocean’s kitchen with the professional they have long admired. Bringing a taste of Scandinavia to Brooklyn, Fredrik Berselius is the 37-year-old chef behind Aska. In this New York restaurant, the Swedish chef intertwines his heritage with local Northeastern US flavours, crafting a culinary journey that mirrors his life experiences and deep connection to nature.

At Ocean, Berselius will fuse his influences with Hans Neuner’s – the renowned Austrian chef ranked 71st in the world by The Best Chef Awards – in a collaborative tasting session in the restaurant’s elegant Mediterranean setting. The result promises to be diverse, exclusive and unexpected, featuring the best regional products and techniques from the four corners of the world.

The experience costs €275 per person, with an additional €175 for wine pairing.
