Policewoman by day, prostitute by night
A female police officer from Auckland has been allowed to keep her job, despite working as a prostitute at night to earn extra money. The name and rank of the officer have not been revealed. Prostituting has been legal in New Zealand since 2003, but police sources say organised criminals played a part in local brothels and the policewoman may have been vulnerable to extortion.
