Portugal’s unemployment rate rose to 6.4% in November, its highest level since July 2021 and up from 6.0% in October and 6.2% in November of 2021, according to provisional data released on today by the National Statistics Institute (INE). Final data for November is expected to be released in about a month’s time, along with the provisional figures for December.
