A group of off-duty PSP police agents was attacked in the early hours of Tuesday morning by drinkers, one of whom reportedly ‘recognised’ one of the policemen and began an argument over past ‘disagreements’. The skirmish ended with one policeman suffering a deep cut to his wrist from a broken bottle. PSP back-up called in managed to ‘identify’ two members of the attacking group, but no arrests were made due to the difficulty in establishing exactly what had happened.
