An environmentally-friendly festival entitled Ecofest Marim will take place at Quinta do Marim in the heart of Ria Formosa in Olhão between Friday and Sunday (May 4-6).
There will be everything from concerts and walks to birdwatching, nighttime chameleon watching and even the release of animals back into the wild.
Festivities begin at 10am and continue until 11pm, except on Sunday when they finish at 6pm. Admission is free.
