During the opening of a new section of the Ecovia Litoral do Algarve trail between Bias and Quinta de Marim on Sunday, Olhão’s mayor, António Miguel Pina, announced the separation of the parish union of Moncarapacho and Fuseta into independently managed parishes. Speaking to 300 attendees, Pina said it was an “important achievement for Olhão”.
