Portuguese real estate agency ERA has launched a new initiative to encourage prospective buyers to be able to view houses already on the market with the agency through their open house project.
Buyers will be able to visit properties in the Algarve and across Portugal without a previously arranged appointment, with the first open house day to be held tomorrow (Saturday).
A spokesman for ERA said: “This initiative has been created to allow owners the opportunity to sell their houses faster and allow buyers extended periods to be able to view properties thus making the entire process of buying a house quicker.”
The company have selected hundreds of properties to take part in the open house project, all of which have already had their prices assessed and valued by banks.
