The free concert, held at the Cineteatro Louletano on February 24, will feature themes from films such as Pirate of the Caribbean and Kung Fu Panda.
To mark the beginning of its 148th-anniversary celebrations, the Sociedade Filarmónica Artistas de Minerva is performing some of cinema’s greatest themes at the Cineteatro Louletano in Loulé on February 24.
“A Filarmónica No Cinema” (The Philharmonic in Cinema) invites spectators to enjoy a variety of famous filmsoundtracks as some of the most memorable cinematic moments are screened during the concert.
The Philharmonic Society put together a very appealing repertoire for this concert, highlighting a medley of The Lion King, Captain America’s march, Pirate of the Caribbean, Kung Fu Panda and Atlantis.
The concert is scheduled to start at 21h00 and is free of admission (limited to the room’s capacity).
