After a well-deserved Christmas holiday break, the Amigos de Música 2024/25 concert season continues in February at the auditorium of Os Agostos country estate, near Santa Bárbara de Nexe.
For their next concerts on February 18 and 20, the Amigos de Música are delighted to welcome the talented young pianist from Korea, Jeonghwan Kim, who has been living in Berlin from a very young age and has won many accolades for his musical talent and dynamic artistry.
He is winner of numerous awards, including first prizes in 2019 at the International Piano Competitions in Aarhus, Denmark, in 2022 at the Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy Competition in Berlin and First Prize at the 2023 Sydney International Piano Competition in Australia.
Jeonghwan Kim has played in some of the most prestigious concert halls around the globe, including the Berlin Philharmonic and the Sydney Opera House.
Concerts will take place in the auditorium of Os Agostos. Doors will open at 6pm and the concert will begin at 7pm. Wine, fruit juices and canapés will be available for self-service from 6.15pm before the concert and in the interval. For programme details, visit www.amigosdemusica.org
