Pine Cliffs presents two more exclusive Chef’s Table dinners

Chefs Rui Paula and Benoît Sinthon will host dinners on May 17 and 31, closing the 3rd edition of the resort’s gastronomic event.

Pine Cliffs Resort is preparing for the last part of Chef’s Table, the main gastronomic event at the Algarve resort. This event, now in its 3rd edition, celebrates national cuisine by offering an exclusive and intimate experience with the involvement of top national chefs.

On May 17, Chef Rui Paula, who leads the Casa de Chá da Boa Nova restaurant (two Michelin stars) in Leça da Palmeira, will showcase a menu at MIMO Algarve, guaranteeing a seamless blend of authentic flavours using innovative and creative techniques.

To conclude this edition of Chef’s Table, on May 31, Chef Benoît Sinthon, who oversees the Il Gallo D’Oro restaurant in Madeira (two Michelin Stars and a green Michelin star), will be hosting the evening. In his first participation in this event, the chef, who will travel from Madeira to the Algarve, will present a menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine that combines the flavours of the land and the sea.

So that more food enthusiasts can discover the creations of the famous chefs taking part in this event, the 3rd edition of Chef’s Table introduces a new feature: the day after the dinner hosted by the Michelin chef, a fish dish crafted by the chef will be served for dinner at the O Pescador restaurant, situated at Pine Cliffs Resort.

Chef’s Table dinners start at 20h00, cost €195 per person and are limited to 26 people.
