KATE MCCANN is being re-interviewed this afternoon (Thursday) by Portuguese police investigating Madeleine’s disappearance 126 days ago.
PJ investigators are also due to see Gerry McCann again tomorrow (Friday), both as witnesses in the case.
It is understood that Kate McCann is accompanied this afternoon by her lawyer.
It is only the second time she has been formally interviewed by police, the first being on May 4, the day after Madeleine went missing.
Detectives have already questioned Gerry McCann twice.
The interviews come after continiung reports that the PJ have received DNA test results from a speck of blood found in the McCann’s holiday apartment and material from cars hired by the group of friends.
Although the official PJ stance remains that no test results have yet been received, various media outlets are now reporting that information gathered by the laboratory in the UK had been “regularly fed back” to investigators in Portugal.
The only official suspect in the case remains 33-year-old British expatriate Robert Murat.
