PJ police destroy seven tonnes of drugs 

Marking international day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking today, PJ criminal police are due to destroy around seven tonnes of various types of illicit substances. The drugs will have been seized by a combination of police and customs and security services over the last few months. According to a statement, the destruction will be carried out by incineration, under the supervision of a commission made up of a public prosecutor, a criminal investigation officer from the Judicial Police and an expert from the Scientific Police Laboratory.
