Luana Pereira, the 16-year-old who left her mother’s workplace for school in May last year and seemingly vanished has been found and reunited with her family in Leiria. According to reports, she was living in Évora, in an ‘amorous relationship’ with a 48-year-old man, who has now been charged with kidnap. Luana has seemingly spent the last eight months in complete social isolation. It looks like she will have met the 48-year-old man ‘online’ on a gaming site to which she was apparently ‘hooked’.
