In Angola for a three-day official visit, Portugal’s prime minister has announced that the Portugal-Angola credit line has been increased by a further €500 million with the aim of giving a “new big boost” to relations between the two countries, especially economic relations. Luís Montenegro was speaking at the Presidential Palace after a private meeting with the president of Angola, João Lourenço, and before the meeting of the two countries’ extended entourages.
