Portugal’s prime minister will meet with the president of the European Commission Ursula Von der Leyen for a second week running in Brussels this evening, with this meeting “expected to address the possibility of renewing the Iberian mechanism to limit the price of gas to produce electricity”. Last week’s meeting was billed as to discuss “European priorities”.
