PM Pedro Passos Coelho says he is “very optimistic” about Portugal returning to international debt markets in 2013, his main goal next year.
Addressing an audience of Turkish businesspeople in Ankara, Passos Coelho assured: “We are succeeding in our strategy. That is the clear conclusion of the six evaluations of our financial assistance programme by the European Central Bank, the European Commission and the IMF.”
