Police announced today that they have arrested a 26-year-old man for the two attacks on immigrants in Porto in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The man is facing charges for attempted murder, discrimination and incitement to hatred and violence, and theft. He will be presented before a magistrate to determine bail conditions.
