With no let up in behind-scenes agitation over Portugal’s state of political crisis, a centre right ‘coalition’ seems to be forming between PSD and IL (Iniciativa Liberal). Leaders of the two parties acknowledge they are in communication with a view to preparing an alternative to the current controversy-beset Socialist government.
