For the summer season only, the pop-up restaurant project, Al-Zait, will take up residence at the Cubo Restaurant in Quinta do Lago.
Inspired and performed by Chef Augusto Lima, Al-Zait travels frequently to various restaurants throughout the Algarve as a pop-up service, to serve traditional Mediterranean food and wine.
However, Al-Zait will now remain in one place until the summer is through.
