Portimão has launched a migrant centre (CLAIM, or Centro Local de Apoio à Integração de Migrantes) on the ground floor of the town hall to provide help and support to the 68 nationalities living in the borough – particularly when it comes to their integration into local life.
Appointments can be made every weekday morning, except Tuesday.
The CLAIM network now has 58 branches throughout Portugal.
