Portimão’s ‘City Day’ will be celebrated throughout the coming week with several events, headlined by the inauguration of the new Official Animal Collection Centre – in other words, the new municipal kennel – at 11.30am.
The new building is expected to be a major upgrade over the previous facility, providing more room and better conditions for the animals in its care.
