Portugal has assumed eight pledges during the Global Refugee Forum, among them an increase in the ‘reinstallation quota’ (meaning an increase to refugee numbers welcomed to this country), and in the money paid to ANCUR (the Portuguese acronym for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees).
