Charities will have the opportunity to make a short presentation on their work
Portugal Charity Chat is holding a Networking Coffee Morning on Wednesday, October 30 at Tribulum Restaurant in Almancil, from 10.30am to 12 noon.
All charities, volunteers, charity enthusiasts and those who want to know more about charitable efforts are welcome to attend.
“This event is tailor-made for you, whether you’re a dedicated volunteer, lead a charitable organisation, aspire to volunteer or are in need of volunteers,” say organisers.
“This time we encourage you to bring along a friend – this may be someone who is interested in learning more about charity work, someone who wants to volunteer or someone who just wants to know more about some of the things that are going on in the Algarve. Whoever they are, they are sure of our warm welcome along with good coffee and scrumptious cake.”
All charities represented at the coffee morning will have the opportunity to make a short presentation on their work and their current needs.
