A Place in the Sun Live, the UK’s leading consumer overseas property show, is being held at the London Olympia from April 12 to 14, again featuring the popular Portuguese Property Pavilion.
The Portuguese Property Pavilion is hosted in association with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by currency experts Premier FX.
The area devoted exclusively to Portuguese property will bring together developers, agents and legal experts to give visitors an insight into the best the country has to offer and how to buy a home safely and with confidence.
A Place in the Sun Live at Olympia is a three day show attended by between 4,000 and 6,000 visitors, who are in the market and planning to buy overseas
Exhibition space at the Portuguese Pavilion is already sold out and is made up of property agents Lokayt Portugal, Ideal Homes Portugal, PortugalProperty.com, Carter Commercial and Cerro Novo, currency experts Premier FX and the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber will also be running a daily programme of seminars given by experienced legal and property experts covering the following topics: Legal briefing – how to buy and sell property in Portugal; Living in Portugal – how daily life works; Foreign Exchange – how to buy your property and minimise costs; and Buying in Portugal – where to buy and what to look for.
