Portugal’s Artur Soares Dias has been chosen as the referee of this Wednesday’s UEFA Conference League final between Olympiakos (Greece) and Fiorentina (Italy).
“I worked for 28 years to reach an important final like this one – being a referee is the same as being a player, a final is a final and everyone wants to be there,” the 44-year-old referee told UEFA’s website.
The match will take place at AEK Arena in Greece at 8pm.
