Marine biologists at Zoomarine amusement park recently returned eight Caretta Caretta turtles to their natural habitat. Apparently, Marroquina, Andrómeda, Axtérix, Arquimédes, Alf, Aristóteles, Bruma and Beethoven were saved from the black seas at the time that the Prestige oil tanker sank, contaminating the reptiles’ natural habitat. The turtles have been nursed back to full health and Zoomarine’s veterinarians hope that they will enjoy their second chance of life in the ocean.
