Real estate investment

Real estate company Grupo Invictus has invested 24 million euros in the Algarve and opened two agencies in the region to help them identify new real estate opportunities in the area.

The agencies, in Vilamoura and Portimão, will focus on the Algarve property market, specifically on new medium to high end properties.

The company has purchased properties in Albufeira, Vila Real de Santo António, Armação de Pêra and Lagos at a cost of 24 million euros, which have been added to their portfolio of properties situated across Portugal. “The investment in the Algarve, including the opening of the two agencies, reinforces the expansion of the Grupo Invictus throughout Portugal,” said Pedro Paredes, president of the board of directors for the Grupo Invictus.

“The Algarve is a promising area and because of this we have the highest expectations with regard to business development in the region,” he said.

Grupo Invictus has more than 600 properties across Portugal for sale and use their 15 agencies nationally to support sales.
