ALMOST two months after Madeleine’s disappearance from an Ocean Club holiday apartment, the police are still following several lines of inquiry.
According to a Polícia Judiciária spokesman, meetings have been held with the family on a regular basis.
He added that there are still no clues as to Madeleine’s whereabouts or any indication that she could already be dead.
Chief-inspector Olegário Sousa denied there were any conflicts with the McCann’s, saying that the relationship with the family is very good and that they were not under suspicion.
