The Rolling Stones European European tour (due to have taken in Portugal, in May) has been cancelled “for logistical reasons”. According to Expresso, “difficulties in the staging of the shows at Barcelona’s Olympic stadium and Portugal’s Estádio da Luz could be the root of the cancellation”. This was to have been the iconic band’s ‘return’ after the last performance it gave in 2014 at Lisbon’s Rock in Rio.
