As the bad weather swept down from the north today, the roof of the La Capricciosa pizza restaurant in Carcavelos was blown off; injuring one person who has been treated in hospital (injuries described as light). The incident happened just before 2pm on a day in which Civil Protection appealed to citizens in the north and centre of the country to keep outings down to a minimum.
