IN INDIA a 73-year old man who vowed not to marry until he passed his high school exams has failed for the 38th time.
Shiv Charan Yadav has taken the exam, normally for 15 year olds, every year since 1969.
This year he failed everything besides Sanskrit and he only scored 103 points out of a possible 600.
“Once I have passed I want to marry a girl who is under 30,” he said. He is currently revising for next year’s attempt.
