A harsh storm brought an early end to the final search for Portuguese mountain climber João Marinho, who went missing in Spain’s Picos da Europa mountains around three weeks ago.
Portugal’s Mountain Climbing Association confirmed a group of eight Portuguese climbers who volunteered to search for João were still in Spain but were bound to return later that day (November 28) as the weather was “too dangerous”.
