In apparent protest to the delay in processing his monthly allowance, a 45-year-old man entered Setúbal’s Social Security office on Monday morning and set about “breaking everything”. Windows, computers and IT equipment were smashed while other items were “thrown at staff and people waiting to be attended”. The man – already well-known for temperamental outbursts – was finally tackled by PSP police.
