A 29-year-old man was shot in the leg in a bar in Buraca, a neighbourhood of Amadora – the municipality in which October’s ‘disturbances’ originated, and one fraught with gang violence. According to reports, the man ‘refused to explain the circumstances’ behind the incident when quizzed by police after receiving treatment in hospital. PJ police are investigating.
