The swimming bans imposed on Tuesday at the beaches of Fuseta-Ria in Olhão and Armação de Pêra in Silves have been lifted after water quality tests came back clean on Wednesday.
The bans were imposed after microbiological tests detected the presence of E. coli bacteria.
