Children’s parade on February 27
Carnival festivities in Tavira will begin on Thursday, February 27 at 10am with a vibrant children’s parade at Praça da República and Jardim do Coreto. Around 1,500 students, teachers, and staff are expected to put on a great show.
The fun continues with masquerade balls at Mercado da Ribeira from March 1 to 3, starting at 9.30pm.
