Temperatures are due to start falling from Wednesday, IPMA meteorologist Patrícia Gomes has revealed. Autumn approaches – and from next weekend, the tide will really start to turn in terms of embracing it. Temperatures in Lisbon, for example, are expected to fall from the high to low 20ºCs. The evenings are already markedly ‘shorter’ – and it won’t be long before we are all turning the clocks back again (despite the fact that clocks moving backwards and forwards was meant to have been a ‘quirk of the past’).
