Ten people were injured and three had to be taken to the hospital – one with a broken clavicle – after a stand collapsed in a pavilion at the University Stadium of Lisbon on Saturday.
The accident happened during a sports event with young people.
Those injured were mostly family members who were in attendance.
The University of Lisbon has guaranteed that the stand had been subjected to routine inspections and that an investigation into the incident will be launched.
