Algarve to host potentially decisive MotoGP race
The Algarve International Circuit (AIA) has begun selling tickets for the 2025 MotoGP Portuguese Grand Prix, which will take place at the Portimão racetrack between November 7 and 9, 2025.
The Algarve race will be the penultimate of the 2025 season, promising a weekend of adrenaline-pumping racing which could prove decisive to the final standings of the championship.
Ticket prices begin at €60 for Sunday, November 9 and €70 for the entire weekend of racing and can be purchased on the racetrack’s website.
The 2024 Portuguese Grand Prix attracted over 130,000 motorsports fans to the Algarve circuit. Spanish rider Jorge Martín (Ducati) emerged victorious, following in the footsteps of other recent winners in the Algarve such as Francesco Bagnaia, Fabio Quartararo and Portugal’s own star rider, Miguel Oliveira.
