Tivoli Talent Tour will visit several towns across Portugal, including two in the Algarve
Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is hitting the road once again for the fifth edition of Tivoli Talent Tour, a recruitment roadshow running from February 3 to 16.
With nine hotel units across Portugal, the brand plans to hire 500 professionals, including 350 positions in the Algarve.
Openings are available for permanent, full-time, part-time, and seasonal jobs in areas such as accommodation (housekeeping, front-office, guest relations), food and beverage (kitchen, pastry, restaurant service, bar), maintenance, sales, and spa services.
Candidates are invited to “hop on board” the Tivoli Talent Tour Tuk-Tuk, where a recruitment team will conduct initial assessments. The tour will stop in Caldas da Rainha, Castelo Branco, Coimbra, Évora, Guarda, Lamego, Pontinha, Portimão, Salvaterra de Magos, Santo Tirso, and Vilamoura, giving aspiring professionals the chance to explore all available job opportunities.
“The Tivoli Talent Tour is a recruitment drive which has been very positive in previous editions, and we anticipate another successful year. It is held in partnership with several entities, from hospitality and tourism schools to employment centres from several regions in the country, from which we aim to recruit professionals with talent and passion for hospitality and who want to join an international group with strong career progression opportunities,” says Carla Silva, HR Director for Portugal at Minor Hotels.
