Rail traffic on Lisbon’s 25 de Abril Bridge resumed at 11.05 am this morning, with long delays, after two people ‘invaded’ the bridge deck, shortly before 10am. The pair fled, however, before they could be apprehended. According to official sources, they escaped ‘down a pillar’, suggesting this could be another ‘social media stunt’, of the kind that have happened on the bridge before.
