Two foreign women seriously hurt in second accident in two days on Aljezur- Lagos road

Another serious accident on the EN120 has seriously injured two foreign women today, one aged 32 (and described as Angolan); the other 59 and described as Swiss. There were also two lightly injured victims, a three year old child (Angolan) and a 62-year-old Swiss woman. The worst injured appears to have been the Angolan woman who was airlifted to Faro hospital, “accompanied by the child”, say reports. This is the second accident in two days on the EN120 which is known for its accidents. On Sunday, cycling enthusiast Ana Patrícia Glória, from Sagres, was also killed as she cycled the stretch that she was apparently very familiar with, but on this occasion, she collided with a car.
